 | In a recent discovery on the isle of Flores, Australian and Indonesian scientists have unearthed the remains of a new species in the human evolutionary chain from a cave that lived not so long ago.
From the composite sketch that they came up with using the bones that were found, it is said that this species, named Homo Fleurysiensis, stood about 3 feet tall and had characteristics similar to that of modern humans, and at some point might have lived amongst modern humans before being wiped out by a volcanic eruption according to speculation....more |

When asked to comment on the discovering of the semi-human species Homo Fleurysiensis, Wayne Gretzky said that at first he was intrigued, but then chuckled as he said “well if this discovery doesn’t tell us much, at least we can now understand why he changed his name to Theo.â€
There is no word yet on whether the IIHF will investigate Fleury’s Canadian citizenship or not, however the Indonesian Ice Hockey Association has begun recruiting for the 2006 Winter Olympics, using the old “finders keepers†cliché against the Aussies, with the addition of the once top-flight Fleury to their lineup.
The IIHA was not available for comment but did release this statement from their head office:
“I knew he looked familiar!" |

what's your point? I'm not poking fun at his games played or any of his stats. he's little. just like the new species of human that was just found. get it?

who doesn't talk down on him hes not exactly a big guy (you said that in the last comment I thought it had to be a setup haha)
Fleurys a good guy it's just unfortunate about his drug and alcohol problems because a lot of things like that are hereditary and there's not really much you can do to control them. I just read that he's still battling to be sober. You can't take stuff like this like it's a personal jab at theo fleury or fans of his, it's just me joking around. He is pretty small though.

yes thats true but he is still one of the greatest to ever play the game

I wouldn't go that far. he was good though. Though he was pretty small. Like that new species of human found on the Island of Flores.
