Well boys….I am back from Germany…In one piece, with a hangover but I made it.
I must say, the Germans love their booze….and the booze loved me, what a trip. So your probably thinking, did you do any work at all in spreading the GS lifestyle over their, or just booze your face off? Well seeing the latter is part of the lifestyle, I’d say we did what we came here to do:
We brought over some gear, we met some Euros who would like to spread the lifestyle, and we took them out to the bar where we slammed back a few wobbly pops and talked some shop, and let me tell you; these guys were beauties!
The Finns and Swedes were a mix between business and hockey, with a few of them being former pro players CONTINUED
and they were so much like us we instantly hit it off. We ate German sausages and drank gigantic beers while taking some business, and we were impressed.
You see, right away they had done their homework; they said (in broken Finnish) “this isn’t hockey clothing, its lifestyle clothing, right?â€.
Do you know happy we were to hear those words? They GOT IT! This is what our brand is all about, and to cap it off they could booze hand and hand with us and we had one helluva time in Munich, the former Olympic village city.
So, we will see what comes of this boys, but I do know that I can honestly say (and swear on the Show) that these guys “got†what the Gongshow lifestyle is all about – heck we lived it for 4 nights with them.
After all, why can’t hockey boys have a Gonger in Sweden?
The lifestyle has no boundaries, that the beauty of the game and the friendships and good times off the ice…..
